9. A bale of hay, or a bag or two of wood mulch, dumped in a laundry bag, can be used as a good pillow.
10. Sit up in bed as much as possible.
11. Lamps are great at night, and sometimes you can leave your lamp on all night.
12. Standing lamps, tall lamps, in addition to smaller lamps, are good for light at night.
