FAVORITE NOTES
I. 1. 🍄 Magic (poisonous) mushrooms make you shout, they are a talkative drug. Psilocybin (Sylosibin,) and Psilocin (Sylosin) are mushroom medications, and a mycophagist is a person who eats shrooms.
2. Some people have never smoked weed before. Everyone hasn't smoked weed. "Marijuana is supposed to make you more soulful, and give you more rhythm."
3. Cannabis oil and cbd edibles are popular today.
4. A Backwood is like a dry, chocolate leaf rolled with tobacco.
5. Acid/lsd tabs also make a person shout, and when a person is with someone else who takes acid/lsd, it can make them feel nervous or wobbly, like their blood is shaking.
6. Stack up two or more pillows to elevate your head, neck and shoulders when lying in bed (big pillows if you’re a big person). You can also use a rock or a yoga block covered with blankets as a pillow.
7. Use a laundry bag filled with pillows like one big pillow that you use to elevate your head, neck, and shoulders, when lying down.
8. If you don't have pillows available, you can stack up clothes, sheets, or blankets to help you elevate in bed. And it can also be useful to put a towel on top of the pillow.
*9. A bale of hay, or a bag or two of wood mulch, dumped in a laundry bag, can be used as a good pillow.
10. Sit up in bed as much as possible.
11. Lamps are great at night, and sometimes you can leave your lamp on all night.

II. 1. 🖊️ Write with both hands, in script, because it will make you smarter. Additionally, a good writing exercise is to just write a series of connecting loops, loop after loop, as though you were writing in script -- a "fake script," if you will.
2. With the left hand, write from left to right, and with the right hand write from right to left.
3. Just write scratchy lines fast, a series of scratchy straight lines. This is like writing script or writing loops, only more efficient.
4. Write with the left hand, and write with the right hand.
5. Color fast, color as fast as you can, for 30seconds to 1minute, and try not to rip the paper.
6. Get a box of chalk and color, outside or on construction paper, fast, to cover as much area as possible, and try not to rip the paper.
7. Color with crayons or chalk on a wooden cutting board, which is reusable.
8. Use any reusable wooden object shaped like a crayon, and any reusable wooden surface for paper, and color as long as you like. And color with the right hand, and color with the left hand.
9. Sometimes it is useful to say, "I'm not black, no one’s black or white. You're not white, no one's black or white." Since many cultures do not classify people based on color, that statement should make sense. Also, perhaps it unintentionally offends people from other cultures to say that someone is black or white, since many people don't view the world that way.
10. Also, we as humans share the world together. People shouldn't say things like "it's a white world," or "it's a black world." How is it a White world? How is it a Black world? Saying "white world," and "black world," are too racist. So if you say anything, it is best to say "We as humans share the world together."
11. Perhaps the "n" word, is simply a shorthand used to refer to negroes, people of the negro race, or black people. The German word for negro is neger, and the Spanish word for black is negro. Also, many people believe that the negro race is beautiful.
12. Some people just know how to talk, I don't know, they like to talk.
13. Roku tv's are fun -- in addition to hundreds of cable channels, they allow you to access Youtube and watch music videos on your smart tv!
14. Many cable companies have music channels that you can watch on your tv.
15. It can be entertaining to listen to sounds at night, such as those on the cable music channels (70's, 80's, Classical) on tv.

23. In the cold months, use the oven to heat your home, instead of the central heating unit. I believe that the oven at 400, and two or more comforters heats your home better than the central heating, so I don't use the heating unit anymore, and this saves money.
24. In the hot months, don't use the central air, instead just use a reliable fan, keep the windows open, sprinkle cool water on your face a lot, and this will also save you money.

XII. Philosophy Notes:

* 🌮 1. Tacos are easy to make, if you follow the directions on the taco seasoning packet, and buy the ingredients that are necessary. You can also season frozen French fries with taco seasoning and then cook in them in the oven for extra flavor.
2. Italian sausages are easy to cook in the oven: 400°, 20 minutes, and it can be useful to pull the casings off the sausages before you cook them, in order to make them easier to chew.
3. Russian brats are sausages that are easy to cook in the oven: 400°, 20 minutes.
4. Polish kielbasa is easy to make, if you cut it into small pieces, and then cook in the frying pan.
5. Ground beef, formed with your hands into hamburger patties or meatballs, or used to make tacos, will allow you to enjoy eating more.
6. Rice a Roni, Perdue chicken, tomato slices, & mayonnaise sauce, is a good dish.
7. Rice a Roni is easy to make, if you just use water and the ingredients in the box, no butter or margarine, and then follow the instructions on the box.
8. Perdue chicken seasoned with curry powder tastes good.
9. Some kinds of beef are easy to cook in a frying pan on the stovetop, with stir fry sauce.
10. Turkey, Black Bean, and Yam Soup is easy to make if you buy the ingredients, heat them, and then combine them.
11. Make it a Stove Top night, have stuffing for dinner.
12. Kool-Aid directions: 2 packets of Kool-Aid powder mix, 2 cups of sugar, a gallon pitcher, a measuring cup, a wooden stirring spoon, water, stir, and refrigerate.

XXI. 1. If people use the oven to heat food (like frozen egg rolls or frozen burritos) then people can enjoy eating more often. In order to use an oven, simply learn how to turn the oven on, put the food on the baking dish, use oven mitts or potholders to safely insert and remove the hot dish, and then turn the oven off. Then, just follow the directions on the package of food (like frozen egg rolls or frozen burritos), heat the food, and enjoy!
2. It is helpful to write down the time that you put the food in the oven, and write down the time that you are supposed to take the food out of the oven.
3. In America in the 1950's, Home Economics classes taught women how to cook. If you learn how to cook this way, then cooking is easy!
4. Using an oven is as easy to use as a microwave or other home appliance. Ask others for help if you need additional suggestions on how to cook food in an oven.
5. The oven is better than the microwave for heating food.
6. Old cookbooks from the 1950s are good.
7. Do you know how to follow directions or instructions? If you know how to follow directions, like those on a package of frozen egg rolls, in order to heat them in an oven, then you can eat them more often.
